The book is in good condition.  There is a little shelf wear at the right hand corners but the pages in the book are clear white and have not been folded or earmarked. There is a small phrase "Goes with 800 N/S" written on the inside right-hand cover.

ALSO, about on-third of the way through the book, the seam is partially split. See the pictures.

This is just the manual no floppies/disks/cartridges etc. come with it.
