APLS CP10A
ROM BIOS: "Ver 1.06 Created at 17-JAN-1986"
vintage Japanese computer with Kanji ability
made by ALPS Electric Co Ltd in 1986
12MHz 286
4MB of RAM
motherboard P/N: C1129PC or CII12PC
monochrome MDA/MGA video card, probably with special ROM
does English like any other PC but also does Kanji with proper program
one 3.5" 1.44MB Floppy Drive and one 1.2Mb 5.25" floppy drive
no hard drive (has the MFM controller card but the 20MB NEC hard drive has been removed)
The computer boots up DOS from the floppy
The CMOS/config battery is still good
just add a hard drive and you are ready to go to work!
