Made in 1990 by Newport Systems Solutions
with one RS242 CIM and one V.35 CIM

has two Zilog Z85C3010PSC I/O UART chips in sockets
and a NEC V50 D70216L-10 CPU in a socket
and NEC 71071C in socket

USED but in good condition.  WORKING!
